    Merhaba,

    Muhtemelen strese bağlı bir Kaygı Bozukluğu yaşıyorsun. Bu düşünceler aklına geldiği anda uzaklaştırmaya çalışarak yerine yenilerini koymayı dene. Yine bu zamanlarda film izleme, kitap okuma ya da dikkatini dağıtacak sevdiğin başka aktiviteleri (Spor, müzik dinleme vb...) yapmaya çalış. Eğer bir sonuç alamazsan psikolojik destek almanı öneririm. Düzenli bir psikoterapi süreciyle bu düşüncelerinden kurtulman mümkün.
