    sağ akciğer orta lob medial segmentte anterior kostal plevraya uzanan kalın fibrotik bant izlenmiştir,

    sol akciğer üst lob inferior linguler segmentte parankimde hafif fibrotik değişiklik saptanmıştır.

    her iki akciğer üst lob apekslerde plevrada kalınlaşmalar izlenmiştir

    şeklinde rapor edilmiş.Korkulacak bir durum var mı acaba.
