    yüksek tansiyon ve diyabet  hastasıyım düzenli ilaç kullanıyorum yaşım 29 yapılan testlerde d vitaminim 8 çıktı ve b12 200 çıktı

    doktor d vitamin olarak 300.000 un ampül yazdı 20 gün arayla toplam 3 ampül içilecek diye belirtti fakat prospektüsde yüksek tansiyonu olanlar kullanmamalı yazıyor ayrıca kalsium değerine de bakılması lazımmış benim değerim en son 10,2 çıkmıştı  açıçası endişelendim sizce ne yapmalıyım
