    Merhabalar, geçen hafta kan değerlerime baktırmıştım. Gün içerisinde sonuçlarıma bakınca D vitamin düzeyimin 6.7 ng/mL  çıktığını gördüm. Bende doktora gitmeden hemen o gün içerisinde 1 ampul 300.000 lik D vitamini alıp kullandım. 6 gün sonra bugün doktora gittim ve doktor D vitamini damla verdi. Günde 10 damla. Ampul kullandıktan sonra aradan bir hafta geçmeden damla kullanmaya başlamam sorun olur mu? Veya damlaya hergün devam ederken ayda bir de ampul kullanmamda bir sakınca varmı?
