    Merhaba Hocam,

    Namazda secdeden kalkarken dizlerim zorlanmasin diye ellerimi kullaniyordum fakat simdi parmaklarim uc-bes aydir agriyor. Asagidaki sekli elim olarak dusunun, avuc ici yere bakiyor ve sagdaki cizgi parmaklarimi temsil ediyor. Elimi soldaki cizgideki gibi kaldirarak parmaklarima tersten yuk bindirdim bir sure. Ne tur egzersizler yapmami onerir siniz? Tesekkurler

    Geçmiş olsun. Akut tendon zedelenmelerinde egzersizden öte istirahat tedavisi ve soğuk uygulama önerilmektedir. Ağrılı dönem geçtiğinde egzersizlere başlanabilir. El parmaklarını kontrol eden birçok tendon grubu bulunmakta olup  hangi tendonların zedelendiği fizik muayene ile belirlenmeli, sonrasında egzersizler planlanmalıdır. Tanı ve tedavi için bir Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon hekimine başvurmanızı öneririm.
