    Merhabalar hocam. 18 yaşındayım 1 yıldır depresyon belirtilerini şiddetli şekilde yaşıyorum.8 aydır ilaç kullanıyorum ama işe yaramadı. Psikoterapi aldım fakat sonuç alamadım. Terapistim hastaneye yatış önerdi. Sizin bu konuda düşünceleriniz nelerdir

    Psikoterapiyi ne kadar süre aldın? Ne tarz bir terapi gördün? İlaç tedavisiyle beraber yürütülen Bilişsel-Davranışçı psikoterapinin majör depresyon tedavisinde oldukça olumlu sonuçları vardır. İlacın tedaviye faydası olmadığı zamanlarda ise ilaç değişimi düşünülebilir. Bu alternatifi ve hastaneye yatış konusunu ilaç tedavini yapan psikiyatristinle konuşmanı öneririm. Hastaneye yatış gerekli görülürse bunu psikiyatristin organize edecektir.
