    Hocam merhaba tomografi sonucumdan net bilgi alamadım antereor mediastendetimus bezi artığı hiparplazisine ait üçgen şeklinde yumuşak doku izlenmektedir mediastende  en büyüğünün koşa aksi 8mm olarak ölçülen  bir dizi küçük lenf  nodu dikkat çekmiştir.sağ akciğer orta lobunda fibroatelektatik bantlar izlenirken benzer değişikliklere sol orta lob inferiorunda yoğun olarak seçilmektedir ve sağda be solda fokal buzlu cam görülmüştür
