    Başın sağolsun :( Neticesinde acı bir kaybın söz konusu olduğu ölüm, bunu yaşayan her insanı derinden sarsan bir süreçtir. Özellikle de söz konusu olan bir yakının ölümü ise bu süreç çok daha ağır olabiliyor. Ölüm sonrası geride kalanların yaşadığı bu sürece "yas" diyoruz. Her insanın yasını yaşaması farklı oluyor. Senin de yasını korku ile yaşaman son derece doğal. Kendine biraz zaman ver. Bu durum altı aydan daha uzun sürerse o zaman bir psikoloğa gitmeni öneririm.
