    Olmanız gereken kilo normal aralığa girebilmeniz için 47 kg'dır. Herballife ya da hazır satılan bilinmedik markaların shakelerini kesinlikle önermiyorum. Karbonhidrat tozları var eczanede satılan, ya da bazı enteral ürünler var enerjisi çok yüksek olan ara öğünlerde günde 2-3 tane onlardan mutlaka kullanmanızı öneririm. Yemeklere çorba ve salatadan başlama, ana yemeklerden başla ki mide hacminiz domasın. Yemek yemeye son 1 saat kala ve yemeklerle birlikte çok su tüketmeyin. Hacmi küçük, enerjisi büyük besinlerle (kuru incir, kuru üzüm, ceviz, badem, fındık, ballı-muzlu-fıstık ezmeli milkshake) tercih edebilirsiniz.
