    Sorunlarını geçiştirmekten ziyade çözmeye çalışmalısın, aksi takdirde bu sana daha zarar verebilir. Uyku düzenini ilaçlarla geçici olarak sağlayabilirsin, ilaçlar ailevi sorunlarını çözmeyecektir... Psikolojik danışmanlık alırsan soruna daha kalıcı çözümler bulabilirsin. Etik olarak ilaç tavsiyesinde bulunamam...İlaç tedavisi görmek istiyorsan da bu tedavi yöntemini sadece bir psikiyatri uzmanından almalısın.
