    Ben iletişim sektörün de çalışıyorum  hayatım çok maraton geçiyor ve kendim için vaktim olmayan biriyim boş durduğum zaman bile kafamın içi çok dolu oluyo ve kafamin içindeki sesleri susturamiyorum buda sürekli yorgunluk yapıyor hayatım ile ilgili şeyleri unutuyorum veya unuttum sanarak kontrol ediyo yaptım mi yapmadımmı  diye ne yapmam gerekiyo kendimi yorgun hissediyorum

    Merhaba, anladığım kadarıyla yoğun iş temponuz yüzünden kendinizi ve beyninizi yorgun hissettiğinizi dile getirmişsiniz. Düşüncelerinizi kontrol etmekte de zorluk çekiyorsunuz sanırım. Bunun için sessiz bir oda da veya kendinizi rahat hissettiğiniz bir yerde derin nefes alıp- tutup- sonra yavaşça vermeniz. Bunu 3 kere tekrarlayıp daha sonra güzel anılarınızı hatırlayın, size kendinizi iyi hissettiren insanları düşünün. Bunu gerçekten hissedip ve odaklanıp yaparsanız işe yarayacağını göreceksiniz. Buna ek olarak, boş durduğunuz zaman bile kafanızın dolu olduğunu da ifade etmişsiniz, boşluklarınızı size iyi gelen şeylerle doldurmanız, sevdiğiniz insanlarla paylaşımlarda bulunmanız, kendinize bir hobi edinmeniz vb. size iyi gelebilecek şeylerdir.
