    Hocam Üriner Sistem US incelemesi sonuçlarını birde sizden duymak istiyorum  sağ böbrek normal büyüklüktedir. sağ böbrek kranyokaudal boyutu 127mm ölçülmüştür. renal parankim tamamen atrofik olup, izlenememektedir.sağ böbrekte kitle lezyonu saptanmamıştır. Pelvikalisiyel yapılar ileri derecede geniş görünümdedir. üreter lümeninde UP köşeye 5cm mesafede 1.5 cm uzunlukta taş tesbit edilmiştir.  sol böbrek normal büyüklükte olup, kranyokuadal boyutu 106mm. parenkim kalınlığı 15mm ölçülmüştür sol böbrek konturları düzenli, renal parenkim homojen görünümdedir. taş ekosu saptanmamış, pelvikalisyel yapılar normal genişlikte izlenmiştir.  Mesane duvar kalınlığı normal olup, lümen içeriği homojendir.  Prostat normal büyüklüktedir. Prostat volümü 24ml. bulunmuştur. Prostat parenkiminde kalsifik odak mevcuttur seminal vez,küller tabiidir.  Hocam birde sizden duymak istedim sonuç nedir ne yapmam gerek ?

    merhaba. sağ böbreğinizde taşa bağlı böbrek genişlemesi ve muhtemelen fonksiyon kaybı mevcut. ilk önce böbrek sintigrafisis çektirmek gerekir. onun sonucuna göre tedavi planı yapılır
