    Merabalar. Ben spontan pnomotoraks hastasıyım. 2 defa nüksettigi için ameliyat olmaya karar verdim. Vats yöntemi ile ameliyat oldum. Ameliyattan sonra dren 8 gün kaldı ama hala konusurken bile drende kabarcık oluyordu.hava kacagı vardı . Daha sonra drendeki tüpü cıkarıp yerine bir poset gibi bisi bagladılar. Oksurunce şişiyordu.ve suan 4 gün oldu hala baglı. Hocam sorum şu toplam 12 gun oluyor (dren+digeri) ama hale cigerim eski haline gelmedi. Bu durumda ilerde nasıl bir surec var. Yani cigerin şişmeme ihtimali varmı? Bu ihtimal yoksa ne yapılabilir(ameliyat vs..) Tesekurler

    Geçmiş olsun. Ilk yapilacak sey Drenden havayı aspiratirle cekmek ve Sonrada yapistirma islemi yapmak uygundur. Eğer bu iki islem ise yaramaz sa en son çare 2. Ameliyat.
