    Hocam 1 ay önce sezaryenle doğum yaptım, 2. gun ayaga kalktim dikislerimden nefes alamadim pek ve ilk nefes darlığı ile başladı şikayetim daha çok ayağa kalkınca nefesim kesiliyor icim daralıyor nefes alamadigimi düşünüyorum, o yüzden ayağa kalkıp iş yapmaya korkuyorum. Banyo yapmaktan evde yalnız kalmaktan dışarı yalnız çıkmaktan korkar oldum. Ayrıca bu söylediğim daha çok gündüz oluyor akşam daha iyi hissediyorum kendimi. Akşama doğru da baş dönmesi mide bulantisi kalp çarpıntısı yaşıyorum. Herşey etraf bana yabancı geliyor. Cok üzülüyorum ağlıyorum bu durum beni çok üzüyor. Bebegim 1 aylik sütüm az %20 anne sütü %80 mama veriyorum diyebilirim. Emzirirken ilaç kullanabilir miyim benim bu hastalık nedir bir tedavisi var mı iyileşir miyim acaba?
