    kardesim 17 yasında sigara kullanmıyor yaklasık 10 ay once lisans icin cektirdigi akciğer rontgenlerinde sorun cıkmadı. uzun süre öksürdügü için doktora gıttık yapılan ıslemlerde 1.5cm nodul tespit edildi buzlu cam goruntusunde ailede cogu akrabamız kanserden vefat ettı. kardesım kucuk yasta kronık bronşit gecırmıstı ust hava yolları hasas. kardesim iyi mdir? yorumunuz nedir? tesekkurler

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Kardeşinizin yapılan tetkiklerinde 1.5 cmlik buzlu cam görüntüsünde nodül saptanmış. Ailede akciğer kanseri öyküsünün olması nedeniyle (sigara içmemesine rağmen) bu nodülün yakın takip edilmesi gerekir. 3 ay sonra yeni bir tomografi çekilerek nodülün yapısında ve boyutunda değişiklik olup olmadığı incelenmelidir. Ya da PET/CT çekilerek bu nodülün iyi huylu mu yoksa kötü huylu mu olduğu tespit edilebilir. Panik olmanıza gerek yok ama takibi bırakmamak lazım...
