    Teyzem 48 yaşında bir bayan sırt ağrısı ve yorgunluk şikayetiyle 2 hafta önce iç hastalıkları pol. gitti. Orada yapılan tetkik sonucunda akciğerde leke saptanıp göğüs polikliniğine gönderildi. Yapılan pet/ct sonucu sağ akciğer üst lob posterior segmentte 1.7*1.5 nodülde patolojik FDG tutulumu izlenmiştir. Sol 9. kot posteriorunda artmış FDG tutulumu izlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak sağ akciğerde hipermetabolik soliter pulmoner nodül saptandı. ne yapöalıyız ? Ne önerirsiniz ?

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun, teyzenizin yapılan PET CT de patolojik bir tutulum gösteren nodül izlenmiş. Böyle durumlarda başka bir yerde tutulum izlenmezse ve lenf tutulumu olmazsa cerrahi ile bu nodülün alınması işlemi yapılır. Böylece tam kurtulma olur. Kemoterapi, cerrahi işlemi hastanın kabul etmemesi halinde uygulanabilir. Benim önerim kesinlikle cerrahi işlemdir. Saygılarımla
