    İyi günler gebelik tedavisi için doktora gittim ve CA-125 FSH ve LH sonuçların yüksek çıktı. Doktorun da visanne yazdı. İlacı yakşalaşık 10 gündür kullanıyorum ve vajinal kanamam oldu. Bu normal midir? Ne yapmam gerekiyor?

    Merhaba;

    Adet sırasında kanayan hücrelerin rahim içi dışında yumurtalıkta da bulunması ile çikolata kistleri ortaya çıkar. Çikolata kistlerinde tedavi için adet kanamasını azaltmak gerekir. Bunun için de gestagen denilen türde hormon içeren bir ilaç olarak visanne kullanılabilir. Ancak bu ilaç gebelik şansınızda artma sağlamaz. CA125 yanında FSH da yüksek ise çikolata kisti yumurtalıklarınıza zarar veriyor olabilir. Bu durumda gebelik için çok gecikmemek gerekir.
