    Merhabalar, ben bel ağrısı için doktora gittim benden tomogrofi istendi. Gelen sonuçta bel fıtığım olduğunu söyledi doktor. Gelen sonuç aynen şu şekilde ;

    lomber lordoz ve intervertebral eklem aralık genişlikleri tabiidir. Vertebra korpus yükseklikleri korunmuştur. Korpus köşeleri doğladır.

    L1-L2 diskinde santral bulging izlenmiştir.
    L2-L3 diskinde santral bulging izlenmiştir.
    L3-L4 diskinde minimal bulging izlenmiştir.
    L4-L5 diskinde minimal bulging izlenmiştir.

    Nöral foramen genişlikleri tabii olup, nöral kökler serbesttir.
    İnlenen düzeylerde spinal kanal AP çapları fizyolojik sınırlardadır.
    Dural kese morfoloji ve dansitesi tabiidir.
    Faset eklem yüzleri ve eklem ilişkileri doğaldır.
    Paravertebral yümuşak dokular doğal görünümdedir.

    Doktor bana ilaç tedavisi ile iyileşebileceğimi fizik tedaviye gerek olmadığını söyledi.
     Gerçekten sadece ilaç kullanarak fıtıkları yok edebilir miyim ve ilaçları ne kadar süre kullanmam lazım merak ediyorum.
