    yaptırdığım kan testi sonucunda B12 (192),demir(31),sodyum(135),Ldh(123) değerlerim düşük çıktı.bunun yanısıra CRP ve SEDİMANTASYON bir miktar yüksek çıktı.demir ve B12 hapı verdi doktor.demir hapını 3ay kullanımlık vermiş, B12 ise tek kutu. 1 kutu B12 hapı yeterli olacak mıdır? ne kadar süre kullanmam gerekir? Araştırmalarım neticesinde de B12 iğnesinin daha etkili olduğu söyleniyor doğru mu?Sedim ve CRP değerlerimden romatizma ile ilgili kuşkulanmalı mıyım?
