    sol ayak bileğimde ve tarak kemiğimdeki ağrıdan dolayı ortopedi doktoruna gittim. Çekile MR sonucuna göre hazırlanan raporda; Talar kubbe medialde subkondral kistik değişiklikler ve etrafında reaktif kemik sklerozu ile perifer kemikte hafif ödem mevcuttur. Aynı düzeyde eklem yüzeyi irregülerdir. Ancak belirgin kondropati saptanmadı. Görünüm bu bulgularla öncelikle talusun evre 2a osteokondral lezyon olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ancak zayıf ihtimalli de olsa ayırıcı tanıda avasküler nekrozda düşünülmelidir.
