    Merhaba.İzlediğim dizi okuduğum kitaplar o gece rüyama giriyor ve gece boyunca uyuyamıyorum yani sıradan olan şeyler kabus gibi beni uyandırıyor o yüzden kitap bile okuyamıyorum.Bu durumdan nasıl kurtulabilirim.Teşekkürler.

    18 yaşındayım.Genelde aksiyon ve aşk dizileri izler kitapları okurum.Bu ne zaman izlesem olur yani kendimi bildim bileli böyle olur.Ve bazen gördüğüm rüyalar(kitap/dizi dışında) sabah kalktığımda gerçekleşiyor veya haberlerde görüyorum bu çok fazla olmuyor genelde dediğim gibi kitap diziyi görüyorum.Teşekkürler.

    Belli bir dönem için dizi izlemeyi kısıtlamanı öneririm. Kitaba devam edebilirsin. Rüyalar seni rahatsız edecek yoğunlukta devam ediyor mu, bunu gözle. Eğer yoğunluk azaldıysa. Dizi seyretmeyi sadece belli günlere kısıtlayarak sınır koyabilirsin.
