    Çok değerli hocam babam 55 yaşinda karin ağrisi şikayeti ile doktora gitti ve kolonoskopi sonucunda çıkan kolonda tümor tespit edildi parça alındı ve patolojisi villoz adenom hafif derece displazi çıktı genel cerrah ise görüntünün malign oldugunu söyleyerek yeniden patoloji aldi ve 2. sonuç villoz adenom zemininden gelişen fokal intramukozal karsinom çıktı ameliyat oldu ve 40 cm lik kisim alindi son olarak alinan kısımdan gelen patoloji ise -musinoz adenokarsinom, sağ kolon -tümör komşu ince bağırsak duvarina invazedir -perinoral invazyon yok -lenfovaskuler invazyon yok -tumor capi 8×7×5 -proksimal distal ve radial cerrahi sınırda tumor yok reaktif lenf nodlari 25/25 adet - sağ hemikolektomi sonuç bu çıktı kemoterapi için pet istendi ve pet sonucu çok temiz çıktiğını söylediler ve hap ile tedaviyi yeterli gördüler ve patolojiden ek rapor istediler. Bu sonuçlara göre bu tedavi yeterli olur mu kemoterapi alması gerekir mi. Cevabınız için şimdiden çok teşekkür ederim.
