    Merhaba ben 16 yaşındayım ve ellerim yaklaşık 5 senedir titriyor. Bu durumdan çok rahatsızım nöroloji doktoruna başvurduğumda psikolojik olabileceğini söyledi. Çok sinirli bir insanım hemen herşeye sinirlenebiliyorum ama bir o kadar da duygusalım. Sinirlenmeme bile sinirleniyorum. Başımın sağ veya sok tarafına bazen şiddetli ağrılar giriyor. Fazla ses olduğunda aniden sinirleniyorum. Bu elimin titremesi bu sinirim ve arada aniden giren baş ağrım nasıl geçer?

    Nöroloji doktorunuz psikolojik olduğunu söylemiş ise sizi muhtemelen psikiyatri hekimini de yönlendirmiştir. Psikiyatri hekimine başvurursanız uygulanacak tedavi ile belirgin düzelmeler olacağını göreceksiniz.
