    İlk adet kanamasına menarş denir. Menarş gecikmesinin pek çok nedeni olabilir. Öncelikle yumurta gelişimi ve yumurtlama olup olmadığı kontrol edilmelidir. Bu, ultrason, hormon testleri ve ilaç kullanımına vücudun yanıtının izlenmesi şeklinde yapılır. Bu planlamaları kendiniz yapamazsınız. Muhakkak bir kadın doğum doktoruna muayene olmalısınız.
