    Hocam hayırlı günler ben 18 yaşında bir erkeğim yaklaşık 2 yıldır baş dönmesi ve miğde bulantısı yaşıyorum.son zamanlarda ateşlenmede oluyor. Dahiliyeye gittim kbb de denge testi yaptırttıkFakat benim başımın içi dönüyormuş gibi oluyor .3 kez mr çekildim 2 kez detaylı kan tahlilleri yaptırttım.Hiçbir rahatsızlığımın olmadığı söylendi. Halen arada bir olsada baş dönmesi yaşıyorum ne yapmam gerek lütfen yardımcı olun çok kötü durumdayım

    Vertigo dediğimiz baş dönmesi ataklarında çoğunlukla yapılan KBB ve nörolojik testler normal çıkmaktadır. Bazen baş dönmesi küçük epilepsi nöbetleri tarzında da olabiliyor. Bunun için EEG önermekteyiz. Sonuçların normal çıkması hiçbir şey yok anlamı taşımaz. Bu durumlarda yine de ilaç tedavisi önermekteyiz. Bunun için bir nöroloji uzmanı ile görüşebilirsiniz. Ayrıca boyun egzersizleri  yapın ve hızlı hareketlerden kaçının. Geçmiş olsun.
