    Hocam hayırlı günler ben 18 yaşında bir erkeğim yaklaşık 2 yıldır baş dönmesi ve miğde bulantısı yaşıyorum.son zamanlarda ateşlenmede oluyor. Dahiliyeye gittim kbb de denge testi yaptırttık.Fakat benim başımın içi dönüyormuş gibi oluyor .3 kez mr çekildim 2 kez detaylı kan tahlilleri yaptırttım.Hiçbir rahatsızlığımın olmadığı söylendi. Uzun süreli baş dönmeleri yaşıyorum herkes psikolojik sıkıntılarım olduğunu söylüyor ne yapmam gerek lütfen yardım edin.

    KBB ve dahiliye muayeneleri ve tahlillerin normal olrak değerlendirilmesi psikojenik kökenli bir rahatsızlık yaşadığını düşündürtüyor. Psikiyatri hekimine başvurmanızı öneririm.
