    Hocam 24 yaşında bir erkeğim. Son zamanlarda yani son 1.5 senede sporu vs bıraktığım ve çok yemeye bağlı olarak 30 kg falan aldım. Baş ağrısı ile gittiğimde hastanede Hiper Tansiyon denildi. Cantab kullanıyordum fakat bıraktım. Uzun süredir tansiyonum 13/8 olarak seyrediyor. Spora başlayıp yeniden kilo vermek istiyorum. Ama bu tansiyon problem olur mu hem sağlık açısından hem fiziksel açıdan onu kestiremiyorum. Cevaplarsanız teşekkür ederim. İyi günler.

    Uzun süre spora ara verdikten sonra yeniden başlamadan önce mutlaka kalp kontrolünden geçmenizi öneririm. Bu arada kardiyo gibi oksijenli spor yapmanız sağlığınız açısından daha iyi olacaktır.
