    Oğlum 17 aylıkken Fallot Tetralojisinden operasyon geçirdi(tam düzeltme op)şimdi 9 yaşında ve pulmoner yetersizliği var. Gittiğimiz bir doktor pulmoner arteri 30 ml.den düşükse "Perkütan Pulmoner Kapak İmplantasyonu" yapılabileceğini söyledi. Kapak öncesi takılacak stentin 30 ml den kalın damara uygulanamayacağını belirtti. Yapılan anjiyoda damarın en dar noktası 31.8 ölçüldü.Farklı değerleri de olan ölçümler sonucunda perkütan yöntem şansımızın %30 olduğunu belirtti. Stent damara tutunamadığında acil açık kalp operasyonuna alınacağını belirtti.Yapılacak böyle perkütan bir yöntemde şansımız var mıdır ve varsa ortalama ne kadardır?  Ayrıca açık ameliyatsız farklı bir yöntemle pulmoner kapak takılabilir mi?
