Mikroskopik bulgu :örneklerin birinde lamina propriada diffüz olarak yayılmış,kript yapılarını ortadan kaldırılmış,izole tek hücreler halinde malign tümöral infiltrasyon izlendi.Yapılan imminohistokimyasal çalışmada tümör hücreleri pansitokeratin (psk) ile stoplazmik olarak boyandı.

doktorum bilgisayarlı tomografi çektirme mi istedi onun sonucuna göre cerrahi işlem yapılıp yapılmayacağını söyledi sizce iyi huylu tümör mü değil mi acaba ?
