    Reflü kaynaklı bulgular var ve mide giriş bölümünde kanser görünümlü bir lezyon bir yara saptanmış mide antrum ca ( mide antrum kanseri ?) diye not düşülmüş açıkçası patoloji sonuçlarını beklemekten başka birşey yapılmaz biyopsi  söyleyecek iyi huylu bir kitle mi kötü huylu bir kitle mi.
