Kondromalazia patella durumunda kıkırdak takviyesi, PRP, egzersiz gibi tedavi yöntemleri öneriyoruz.

    Öncelikle cevabınız için çok teşekkür ederim. Hocam geçen tekrar başka bir hastaneye muayene oldum, röntgen sonucunda kıkırdak yumuşaması teşhisi konuldu. Dizlik ve İlaç tedavisi uygulamaya başladım.

    Fakat herhangi egzersiz veya beslenme ile ilgili herhangi bir çizelge vermedi.
