    Merhabalar hocam ben 21 yaşımdayım erkek herhangi bir travma geçirmedim sol dizim devamlı ağrıyor batma tarzında ve normal ağrı şeklinde aşağıda mrı sonucumu belirtiyorum teşekkür ederim SOL DİZ MR İNCELEMESİ Teknik : Koronal T1, Aksiyal T2, Sagittal T1, SPIR. Bulgular : Patellada lateral hafif tilt artımı izlenmektedir. Medial eklem mesafesi posterior kesiminde hafif sinoviyal sıvı artımı görüldü. Quadriceps, patellar tendonlar patellar yapışma komşuluklarında, quadricepste hakim minimal tendinozis izlenmektedir. Prepatellar ciltaltı yağlı dokularda ödem mevcuttur. Quadriceps yağ yastığında impingement ile uyumlu olabilecek minimal ödem görülmektedir. Hoffa yağ yastığı doğaldır. Ön çapraz bağ distal yarıda belirgin grade I sprain izlendi. Medial menisküs arka boynuz-korpus bileşkede grade I dejenerasyon görülmektedir. Diğer kesimlerde menisküsler, tendonal, ligamantöz oluşumlar doğaldır. Osseöz yapıların kortikomedüller sinyal intensiteleri tabiidir. Kondral kalibrasyon, sinyal intensiteleri normal olarak değerlendirildi
