    Baş dönmesi, bilinc değişikliği acil gözlemde değerlendirilen hastanın nörolojik muayenesinde bilinç konfuze IR+/+  IIR +/+ fasiyel asimetrisi olan hastanin horizontal ve vertilal nıstagmusu mevcut idi. Hastanin cekilen beyin BT'sinde hemoraji lehine bulgy saptamadı. Hastanin cekilen DIF. MR'ında sağ ve sol serebellumda multiple lakuner infarkti olan hastanin sol oksipital bolgede akut infarkti olmasi uzerine onamlari alindi yatisi yapildi.

    Annem 10 gundur yogun bakimda daha uyanmadi 5gundur uyku ilacini kestiler ama annem uyanmadi pihti beyin sapinda uyku ve solunum merkezinin ortasinda boyle hastalarin uyanma sureci nedir bizi neler bekliyor duzelme sansi nedir babam vefat edelim fazla olmadi onun acsini unutmadan simdi annem boyle lutfen yardimci olun :(((

    Durumu ağır olup hayati riski ve ağır felçli kalma ihtimali yüksek görünüyor doktorunuztan daha fazla bilgi alabilirsiniz geçmiş olsun
