    Iyi günler. Yaklaşık iki hafta önce iç tarafa anı dönmem sonucunda sol diz kapağım çıkmıştı. 1 hafta alçıda durduktan sonra buz uygulamasi ve sargı ile devam ediyorum. Mr sonucunda şunlar yazıyor: " Eklem aralığı ve suprapattelar poşta belirgin patolojik sıvı izlenmektedir. Lateral kondilde geniş bir alanda subkondral yaygın kontüzyon-ödem ile uyumlu sinyal değişikliği dikkati çekmektedir. Artiküler kıkırdak yüzeyi doğaldır. Medial kompartman doğaldır. Lateral menisküs doğaldır. Medial menisküs gövdesinde arka boynuz devamlılığı olan grade 1 dejeenerasyon izlenmiştir. ACL, PCL, LCL, MCL doğaldır. Kesitler dahilinde medial patello-femoral ligaman patella insersiyo seviyesinde olası parsiyel yırtık ile birlikte bu seviyede medial patellar fasette trabekuler ödem izlenmektedir. Ligaman gövdesinde paraligamentöz yumuşak dokuda ödem izlenmektedir. Patellada hafif dereceli lateral subluksasyon mevcuttur." Tedavi için ne gerekir?
