    Merhaba birkaç gündür her şeyi kafama takmaya başladım. O niye böyle dedi bu niye böyle yaptı diye düşünürken buluyorum kendimi. Sadece kendime değil başkasına yapılan davranışlarda da böyleyim. İstenmeyen bu düşüncelerden kurtulmak için ne yapmamı önerirsiniz?

    Merhaba Stres,depresyon, anksiyete , gibi bir çok durum neden olmuş olabilir. Günlük 30 dk tempolu yürüyüş ,kaliteli bir uyku, hobilerinize biraz daha fazla zaman ayırmakla çözülebilir. Ancak düzelme olmaz ya da kötüleşme olursa mutlaka psikiyatri uzmanına başvurmanızı öneririm

    Merhaba sorunumda düzelme olmadı. Hafifledi ama yine ara sıra aklıma geliyor ve çok kötü hissediyorum.
