    Normal koşullarda kırık kaynadıktan sonra ağrı olmaması gerekir. Kullanılan implantlara bağlı bir sorun veya enfeksiyon olabilir. Ayrıca omuz bölgesinde kireçlenmeye de neden olabilir. Basit ağrı kesiciler kullanılabilir ancak ağrının nedeninin bulunması ve ona göre tedavi düzenlenmesi daha uygun olur
