Bu tür durumlarda ağrı ve kısıtlılık 1 hafta içinde kendiliğinden geriler. Bir haftadan uzun süreli, ağrı, kısıtlılık ve güçsüzlük durumlarında ilgili bölgenin röntgen ya da MR ile incelenmesi gerekebilir.
