    Gebelikte önerilen günlük D vitamini alımı 600 ünitedir. Bu da normal bir beslenme ile alınabilir. Tolere edilebilen maksimum günlük doz 4000 ünitedir. Daha fazla kullanımı önerilmez. 1 ampul ilaçta 300.000 ünite D vitamini bulunur. Neden tüm ampulü bir günde içtiğinizi anlamıyorum ama çok yüksek doz almışsınız.
