    Merhaba,

    Yaklaşık 1 senedir her gece rüya görüyorum.  Sabah kalktığımda sanki hiç uyumamış gibi yorgun uyanıyorum ve gün içerisinde bitkinleşiyorum. 2 ay önce doktorum anafranil 25 mg ilaç verdi düzenli kullandım fakat rüyalarım kesilmedi. Bunun üzerine seroquel adında bir ilaç verdi fakat rüyalarım kesilmediği gibi ciddi baş dönmesi ve uyuşukluk yaşıyorum. Açıkçası deneme yanılma ile tedavi olmak istemiyorum. Önerebileceğiniz bir tedavi yöntemi varmıdır?

    öncelikle geçmiş olsun.
    uyku bozukluğu yaşıyorsunuz ancak 100 den fazla uyku bozukluğu mevcuttur. verilen ilaçlar rüyayı geçirmez. sadece rüya görmek de aslında hastalık olarak nitelenemez. uyku ile ilgilenen bir psikyatriste gitmenizi öneririm. dilerseniz bende yardımcı olabilirim
