    Ben sürekli spor yapan biriyim. Fakat yeni yeni fark ettiğim bir şey aynada kendime baktığımda sol kaburgalarımın alt kısmında boşluk var gibi duruyor. Doktora gittim omurgamda hafif yamulma olduğu söyledi. Fakat yaşım 18 olduğu için omurganın gelişimi tamamlanmamış ve düzeltilebilir olduğunu için ters gerdirme hareketleri ile düzeltebileceğimi söylediler. Sizce hangi hareketleri yapmalıyım.
