    Boyunuza göre 9 - 12 kilo eksiğiniz var. Kilo aldıran hapları bir diyetisyen olarak sağlıklı bulmuyorum ve önermiyorum. Vitaminler için de kan tahlilleri sonucunuza göre doktorunuz gerekli gördüğü taktirde kullanmanızı tavsiye ederim. Eğer öğün sayınız 5-6 arasında ve kalori yoğunluğu yüksek sağlıklı besinler tükettiğiniz halde hala kilo alamıyorsanız önce gastroenteroloji uzmanına daha sonrada bir diyetisyene gitmenizi öneririm. Çünkü kilo alma düzen ve sabır gerektirdiğinden dolayı mutlaka takip edilmelidir.
