Şu Sıralar Vücut Geliştirmeye  Merak Saldım.  Düzenli Fitness Yaparak Kilo Alabileceğim Fikrine Kapıldım. Bunun Yanı Sıra Sporla Birlikte Protein Tozu Kullanmam Söylendi. Sporun şiddeti ve süresine göre değişmekle birlikte sizin yaşınız ve kilonuzda günlük yeterli süt yumurta ve et ürünleri tüketilerek ihtiyaç karşılanabilir.
