    Hocam halısaha da top gelmesi sonucu sağ el skafoid kemiğimde kırık oluştu ancak geç tanı konulması sebebiyle elimi kullanmaya devam ettim kemiğin kırılmasının üzerinden 3 yıl geçmesine rağmen sağ el bileğimde ağrılar devam etmekte ve hareket kabiliyetinde azalma mevcut. Yeniden mr çektirip uzman bir doktora göstermeyi düşünüyorum nasıl bir yol izleyeceğim konusunda yardımcı olursanız sevinirim

    Vucidun en zor kaynayan kemiginde kiriknolusmus, gecmis olsun. Kesinlikle el cerrahisi konusunda tecrubeli bir ortopediste basvurmanizi oneririm. Muhtemelen kemik asisi ve vidalama uygulanmasi gerekecektir. Mr sonuclarinizi bana da yollayabilirsiniz. Gecmis olsun.

    El bileğini oluşturan kemik dizilimi normaldir.

    Radius distak epifizi ile os lunatumda milimetrik boyutlu hipointensiteler dikkati çekmiştir

    Radiokarpal eklem aralığında sıvı miktarı minimal belirgin görünümdedir

    Triangülerfibrokartilaj kompleksi normal konfigürasyon ve sinyalde izlenmektedir

    Os triquetrum palmar-medial komşuluğunda 5x3mm boyutlarında, skafoid kemik distal medial komşuluğunda yaklaşık 12x8mm boyutlarında lobüle konturlu kistik intensiteler dikkati çekmiştir.

    Bu mr raporuna göre belirgin bir kırığınız yok. Daha ziyade belki travma sonrası oluşmuş olabilecek küçük kistlerin var. Bunlar da ağrı yapabilir tabi ama cerrahi tedavi çoğu zaman gerekmez.
