    şubat ayında skafoid kırığı nedeni ile sağ el bileğim 3 ay alçıda kaldı bu süreçten sonra doktorum kapalı vida yöntemi ile ameliyat önerdi ve ameliyat oldum fakat ameliyat olduğum tarihten itibaren 6 ay olmasına rağmen yukarı ve aşağı yaptığım bazı hareketlerde ağrı hissediyorum hala sizce bu normal midir normal değil ise ne yapmam gerekir ? ayrıca doktorum fizik tedavinin olmayacağını söyledi ve sıcak su ile masaj yapmamı önerdi fakat ağrılarım hala geçmedi şimdiden çok teşekkür ederim
