    Yakın bir akrabamin bundan 20 gün önce tüberküloz teşhiSi konuldu günde 9 adet ilaç kullanıyor yalnız 1 ay önce kan tahlili yapıldığında salı günü sonuç alındı ve uresi 75 çıktı tekrar tahlil yapıldı ve bu defa da 80 olarak çıktı acaba kullandığı ilaçlar uresini yükseltmiş olabilir mi yoksa tüberküloz hastalığından dolayi mi

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Akrabanızın üresi tüberküloz ilaçları başlamadan önce de yüksekmiş.Yani ilaçlara bağlı olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Ancak tüberküloz hastalığı da bazen üreyi yükseltebilir. Bazen de öncesinde başka nedenlere de bağlı yükselmiş olabilir. Örneğin şekeri varsa, az su tüketimi varsa, sık ağrı kesici kullanıyorsa veya başka hastalığı varsa da üre yükselmesi olabilir. Kullandığı bazı tüberküloz ilaçları bundan sonra üreyi de yükseltebilir. Dikkatli olmak ve kullandığı ilaçlardan etambutol ve pirazinamidi haftada sadece 3 gün alması gerekecek. Ayrıca nefroloji uzmanına da gözükmesinde fayda var. Bir de su tüketimini artırması gerekiyor.
