    Bir primer amenore hastaı, ergenlik döneminde bile hiç adet olmamıştır. Genellikle yumurtalıklarda yumurta olmaması ile ilgilidir. Eğer gerçekten (ilaç kullanmadan) hiç adet olmamış iseniz yumurtalıklarınızın durumunun kontrol edilmesinde yarar var. Eğer yumurtanız yok ise gebelik konusunda fazla şansınız da yok.
