    Sağlıklı bir şekilde vücudunuzun kendisini toplaması için doğumdan sonra 2 yıl gereklidir. Sezaryen veya normal doğum sonrası fark etmez, her koşulda 2 yıl ara verilmesi iyi olur. Dikişlerinize zarar vermesinden ziyade sizin için zararlı olabilir. Her koşulda gebelik devam ettirilebilir. Ama eğer sonlandırma düşünürseniz çok büyümesine izin vermeden kürtaj olmalısınız.
