    Lösemi tipi myeloid lösemi ve blast oranı kemik iliğinde yüzde 20 den fazla. Akut myeloid lösemi (AML) lehine olduğu için hemen kemoterapi başlanacaktır evrelenmesinden ziyade başka birçok kritere bakılır karyotip analizi vb bakılır kötü gidişli olup olmayacağı söylenir ama blast oranı yüzde 80 olması gayet ileri bir aşamada olduğunu gösterir.
