    Merhabalar. Ben 23 yasindayim ve evli değilim. Benim adet gormede sorunlarim var. Cok az adet goruyorum yaklasik 1 gun suruyor. 2 yildir bu boyle ve doktorlara gitdim bu sorunun ne oldugu bilinmedi. Ben kendim ama erken menopozdan korkuyorum. Bu yasta olabilirmi yani? Bi de erken menopozun tedavisi varmidir?Sunu da soyleyim ki asiri stess ve sinirliyim. Butun vucudum yorgun ve halsiz hiss ediyorum. Lutfen bana bilgi verin. Onceden size cok tesekkur ediyorum.

    Öncelikle belirtmeliyim ki zamanında, ama az adet olmak erken menopoz belirtisi değildir. Menopoz belirtisi öncelikle adetin erken veya geç gelmesi ile ortaya çıkar. Ancak menopoz ile ilgili durumunuzu öğrenmek için adetli iken yapılan kısa bir ultrason sonrası kan testleri ile sonuç elde edilebilir. Erken menopoz olmamasını ümit ederim. Çünkü tedavisi yoktur. Günlük yaşamdaki sıkınıt, stres ve yorgunluklarınız yanısıra kilo değişimleriniz de adet miktarınızı etkiliyor olabilir.
