    Spiral kullanan bir kadında adet düzensizliği olduğunda gebelik ekarte edilmelidir. Çoğunlukla gebelik çıkmaz. Ama var ise sonuçları çok önemli olduğundan kanda gebelik testi yapılmalı. 

    Aslında spiral ile birlikte adet düzensizliği ve kasın ağrısı daha çok spiral kaymasının belirtisidir. Muayene olmanızda yarar var.
